A former First Lady of Kogi State, Her Excellency, Mrs. Ijeoma Faridah Wada has described the death of the former United Nation Secretary General, Kofi Annan as a great loss to Africans in general and to his home country, Ghana, in particular.
Mrs.Wada, a House of Representatives hopeful for Ikwuano-Umuahia Federal Constituency sympathised with the international community, relishing the contributions of Mr. Annan to the enthronement of global peace.
She encouraged Africans to emulate his peaceful disposition and demonstrate same in their various fields of endeavour while urging his immediate family to take solace in God.
