SENSITIZATION AGAINST CHILD TRAFFICKING/KIDNAPPING BY PAIGAS CDS AT DUTSE MODEL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
The Jigawa state PAIGAS/NYSC ambassadors, Dutse embarked on another selfless and glorious sensitization today being tuesday the 9th of October 2018 few days after carrying out sensitization for the disability people in Dutse, Jigawa state.
But this time, it's in another dimension at Dutse Model International School - The primary section to enlighten the primary 5 & 6 pupils on the dangers of child trafficking and kidnapping which is rampant in our society now as a result of the festive season and the election year which is around the corner.
The president of PAIGAS CDS, ambassador Mary Ochelebe addressed the pupils in her usual friendly manner, making them feel comfortable and then enlightening them on why they need to be extremely careful and also be vigilant in their respective environments. She advice the pupils to avoid collecting gifts from strangers, they should also avoid begging people. She went further to tell the pupils to abstain from dressing indecently to avoid rape especially the female pupils as rape is one of the social malaises on the rise in the society.
Finally, she encouraged the pupils to be law abiding citizens and also be serious with their studies.
Also, the social welfare Officer of the school Mrs Titilayo who was full of joy, thank the ambassadors on behalf of the pupils and encouraged them to reach out to more children.
Lastly, the school head, Mallam Abdullahmid who couldn't contain his excitement thanked the ambassadors for the selfless services rendered to the school in providing snacks, drinks and also for choosing his school for the sensitization program. He urged the ambassadors to continually visit the school whenever the need arises.

The academic planner of the school, Mallam Musa Mohammed laid emphasis on the instructions given to the pupils by the president and urge the pupils to obey it strictly. He also thanked the ambassadors for coming to educate the pupils and advice them to keep it up.
