Apostle Emmanuel stated this while speaking to newsmen on the sidelines of the recently concluded PDP ad-hoc delegates election. He said the election of the delegates kick start the beginning of the journey to bring back the lost glory of the State.
The Cleric hinted that the ambition of Sen. Samuel Anyanwu to be the next governor of the State is a Divine call to bring back smiles on the faces of Imolites. "What you are witnessing today is not ordinary, it is spiritual. God has chosen Sen. Anyanwu at this moment in the history of the State to restore her dignity and bring back smiles on the faces of her citizens", he said.
"There is no doubt that the people have suffered under the present administration and it wouldn't be wrong to say that Sen. Samuel Anyanwu's ambition is an answered prayers of the people of the State", he added.
Apostle Emmanuel identified Sen. Anyanwu's executive and legislative experiences, humility, accessibility and goodwill as his greatest strength, which stand him out among other governorship aspirants.
He urged the elected delegates and indeed the entire PDP delegates as leaders of this present time to boldly hold firm this opportunity that the electoral season has provided and climb the ladder of relevance, value, worth and honour by casting their votes for Sen. Anyanwu in the forthcoming governorship primaries.
