BIOGRAPHY OF SIR STANLEY EKEZIE, ASPIRANT FOR OKIGWE NORTH FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY
One of the aspirants seeking to represent Okigwe North on the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) is Chief Stanley Ekezie. To better inform those who are yet to read about this aspirant, here is a brief of his profile.
Sir Stanley Aghaegbuna Ekezie was born 50 years ago into the family of Sir Israel Ekezie and Lady Theresa Ekezie, both retired civil servants. He attended Shell Camp Primary School, Government College Umuahia and later Emmanuel college Owerri. Afterwards, he gained admission to the Imo State University to study English and Literature and graduated with an Honour's Degree in 1992
Sir Stanley’s career has seen him take up positions in many companies including Fanz Industries, King Airlines, Datasource Limited, etc. He eventually branched out as an entrepreneur when he established Crossit services Ltd, a real estate development company where he is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive officer.
Sir Stanley is a successful businessman with interests in real estate, aviation, oil and gas and publishing. He is an importer and general contractor. He sits on the board of several companies.
The intellectual prowess of Sir Stanley Ekezie are reflected in his published works. In fact, one can safely say he is a writer, poet, life coach and a renowned marriage/relationship counsellor. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria. He is the Co-founder of the Paul and Benice Nana Ekezie widowhood programme which has rehabilitated several widows in his local community. He is the facilitator of the Adopt a Pensioner Scheme of the old peers of Owerri Development Initiative, which adopted some pensioners who receive a minimum of N5,000 Naira monthly.
He is happily married to Lady Barrister Ogechi Ekezie and they have 4 children.
