Imo 2019: Senator Samuel Anyanwu Empowers Constituents To Reduce Unemployment Rate
The Senator representing Imo East Senatorial Zone and current Chairman of Senate Committee on Ethics and Privileges, the Distinguished Senator Nnemeka Samuel Anyanwu (Samdaddy) has empowered over 200 Imo Indigenes on skill acquisition in his quest to reduce unemployment to the barest minimum in the state.

Indigenes from the nine local government areas in Owerri Zone were the beneficiaries of this landmark stride. While 105 youths were trained and empowered on aluminium doors and windows fabrication, another 105 Indigenes comprising both women and youths; were trained on fashion designing.
To make a mark on their present situation, Senator Anyanwu also made available sewing machines and cash of N50,000 each to enable them start up their private businesses.
It is believed that, this among other developmental agenda are part of his campaign promises to ensure a poverty and unemployment free state when he is elected as the next governor of the state in 2019.
